STUDENT COSTS

Kroka Expeditions is committed to allowing participation by everyone, regardless of income. Partial scholarships are available- please request a scholarship/financial aid packet from the office (802- 387- 5397.)
If you cannot afford to purchase the equipment below, Kroka has equipment available to loan students. Please contact the office.
Kroka Expeditions will recommend types and brands of equipment, please do not purchase equipment on your own

Tuition: $ 7,000 - $12,000 on a sliding scale as follows:

$7,000 if gross family income is less than $40,000 annually
$9,000 if gross family is between $40,000 and $60,000 annually
$12,000 if gross family income is more than $60,000 annually

Personal equipment costs*

Skiing equipment:
Skis, Boots, Poles, Gaiters $ 400-$500

Clothing:
Anorak, Ski Pants, Thermal Underwear, etc. $ 300-$500

Sub-total equipment $ 700-$1000

Materials fees:

Knife $ 10
Moccasins $ 30
Paddle $ 30
Pack basket $ 40
Miscellaneous $100

Sub-total materials $210

Catamount trail and Connecticut River watershed preservation donation $200

Total fees (not including tuition): $ 1100- $1400
