JOIN OUR STAFF COMMUNITY

Who we are:
The Kroka staff community is a diverse group of people from all ages and backgrounds who share a commitment to live simply and purposefully while working together to share our skills, knowledge, and values in a transformative way through high-quality outdoor education programs.

What we do:
Summer Program Leaders teach week-long wilderness adventure programs for children that are usually focused around specific skills for specific age groups. Semester Program Staff teach a group of 12 young-adults for a 4-6 month period in our residential and wilderness expeditionary learning semester. Local School Group Teachers teach one-day programs to classes from local schools at our base camp in Marlow. Contracted School Group staff lead week-long paddling and hiking expeditions for teachers and their students throughout the United States. All staff share in the daily chores of caring for our base camp farm and village.
